Sales Representative

Ford Ile-Perrot, member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a Sales Consultant - New Vehicles to join the team!

Ford Ile-Perrot offers you:

Profile and qualifications required:

• Minimum of one year of vehicle sales experience
• Dynamic and positive personality with a strong team spirit
• Strong desire to succeed and achieve objectives
• Punctual, honest, and autonomous
• Good knowledge of computer tools and CRM systems
• Ability to communicate in both French and English (to be able to respond to our English-speaking customers)
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and provide an exceptional service experience
• Listen carefully to the customer's requests and needs
• Present models that meet the client's needs and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
• Explain the sales contract, warranties and other relevant information to customers
• Keep client information up to date in the CRM (Serti)
• Stay up to date on products, promotions, and manufacturer programs
